How to apply

Applications and fees can be submitted online or via mail. We aim to keep our application process relatively simple, so if you've got questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are here to help.

We are now accepting applications for the Fall of 2025.

Early-Bird Incentive: Complete an application before March 15 to receive free textbooks (approx. $250 value)!
**In order to receive this discount, you must submit the Student Application Form as well as the Application Fee by March 15. Transcripts, as well as both Reference Forms, must be received within seven days of this deadline. Applications completed after these deadlines are ineligeble for this incentive.**

Step 1: Complete Application Form and submit References


❑ Complete the online
Application Form (it will take 5-10 minutes).
❑ If you include the e-mails for your Friend and Spiritual Advisor References, they will be automatically contacted via that e-mail to fill out a form. Applicants are responsible to ensure that their references have received the form and are willing/able to complete the form in a timely fashion. References must submit completed forms directly to Mount Carmel.

If you or your references prefer to submit hard copies of the forms, they can be downloaded below and either scanned or mailed to Mount Carmel.

❑ A $50.00 (CDN) non-refundable application fee is required for your application to be considered. Payment can be made by etransfer to mail@mountcarmel.net or by cheque. 

Step 3: Transcripts


❑ Arrange to have transcripts forwarded directly to Mount Carmel from high school and/or any post-secondary schools where you have previously enrolled. If you haven't yet graduated from highschool, please arrange for a copy of your latest report card to be sent to us while you wait for transcripts to become available.


Once your application is received, our office will contact you to schedule a meeting. We like to meet with each of our students prior to the school year to confirm application details, get to know our applicants, and answer any final questions you might have.
